Haha, the blog post from thirteen years ago was remembering things from three years before that. So even just for this coolness, you should persist in blogging.
I’ve moved between different blog platforms1 multiple times, and also abandoned maintaining some posts due to domain and hosting issues. The earliest traceable posts are actually from 2013-2014, during the period when I built a blog with Jekyll on GitHub. It’s been 5 years already.
I decided to migrate those posts over to add some historical weight to the blog - you can see since 2013 in the footer now :)
Wordpress -> Jekyll -> bitcron -> hexo ↩︎
